With AI and a cross-disciplinary background, I build products that take companies to the next level. Without adding headcount.

About
I’m Lukáš. I run Webvalley and build products that let a company do more with the same team.
I work across code, business and product. I design online stores and internal tools, connect them to accounting and stock, and bring in AI wherever it saves manual work. Tech is most fun for me where you can see the result behind it.

How I work
Companies usually grow by hiring. I look for ways the same team can do more, and do it better.
AI on the team
Routine work, research and first drafts go to AI, so people spend their time on decisions instead of rewriting.
Across disciplines
I see code, business, product and design at once, and join them into one product without long hand-offs between people and departments.
More without more people
Automation, custom tools and systems wired into the rest of the company. The result shows in the numbers, not in the headcount.
What does manual work cost you?
Retyping, copying, manual checks. Estimate the time they take and see what a system could handle instead.
Rough estimate: 46 working weeks a year, one full-time role is 1,760 hours a year.

Notes on AI, products and getting more done with the same team.
Doing more with the same team
When a company grows, the first reflex is to hire another person. I start by asking whether a system could do that work instead.
AI as a colleague, not a magic trick
In a small company, AI isn’t a miracle button. It works like a sharp junior who needs to be onboarded and supervised.
An online store that doesn’t need orders retyped into accounting
Connecting WooCommerce to an accounting system looks like a single export. In reality you’re dealing with prices, stock, currencies and VAT. Here’s what to watch out for.
Why your WooCommerce store is slow (and it isn’t the hosting)
A slow online store often gets a more expensive server thrown at it. Profiling usually shows the problem is in the code and plugins, not the hardware.
A specification both people and AI can read
When you describe an application only in a chat with AI, every new version drifts a little. A structured specification keeps the team and the tools on the same page.
Why working across disciplines makes projects shorter
The biggest losses in projects don’t happen in the code but in handoffs. Every handoff between people and departments costs time and a piece of information.
Infrastructure for a small team: when to use a platform and when to own the hardware
A small team doesn’t need its own sysadmin. It needs a clear rule for when to reach for a managed platform and when to reach for its own server.
Locations are data, not a text field
An address in an online store or a listing is usually just a line of text. Once you start treating it as data, whole new features open up.
How to tell whether AI really saves time
A feeling that AI helps isn’t a measurement. Before you roll it out fully, measure how long a task takes today and how long it takes with AI, review included.
